Surfacing from the pool Lara marches on. She drops into a hole and the floor collapses beneath her.
Lara is unharmed, taking stock of her surroundings she is surprised to find herself looking at the ships swimming pool from above.
Further on guards become aware of the intruder and attack Lara. But only one has a gun so the odds are good for her.
They were protecting the great ballroom. In its day it would have been a place of splendour, but now it stands in ruins.
More guards wait on a lower ledge to ambush Lara, with some careful timing she shoots them from above.
Long narrow corridors could hide potential traps. She must be careful at all times.
She finds a circuit breaker and is able to use it to extinguish the burner. Once all three are found Lara pulls the block towards her and uses it to climb onto a ledge.
Lara can now jump across the pipelines to reach the opening on the far side of the room.
Emerging onto the bridge of the Maria Doria she looks around for secrets.
Outside on the sea floor lies the key to the Captains cabin. There are sharks outside looking for a quick lunch, Lara swims past them and retrieves it.
Lara jumps through a magnificent roof window, now smashed and in ruins. Once again she is on the sea bed.
Swimming through narrow underwater tunnels and avoiding the deadly eels Lara tries to find a way into the next part of the ship.
